Light and full grooming can be requested on Paw Partner; ask the team for those prices. Boarding pickup after noon is a half-day daycare fee, $35 per dog.

Cancellation terms that apply
Cancellations with 72 hours or more get a full refund. Between 24 and 72 hours, 50% is kept as a future credit. Inside 24 hours, 100% is charged with no credit.

What happens after you ask.
A request is not a reservation. It becomes one when a team member approves it, after checking your dog's vaccine records. Here is the path, so you are never left guessing.
Step 1
You send the request
Through the Paw Partner app, by phone at 970-879-3647, or right here. Fern takes requests any hour.
Step 2
The team checks vaccine records
Rabies, distemper and parvo, and Bordetella, each with a given or expiry date. Upload them on Paw Partner or have your vet's office email the certificate.
Step 3
The team confirms
Only then is it a reservation. If a kennel is sold out, you go on a waitlist and the team calls.
Step 4
You get photos and updates
Pictures and updates come through the Paw Partner app while your dog is with us.

Request a stay
Vaccines, simply.
Every dog needs current vaccines. The team checks the records before any request is confirmed, so the sooner they arrive, the sooner you hear back.

Getting records to us
- Upload them on the Paw Partner app: create a profile, then add the vaccine records.
- Or ask your vet's office to email the certificate.
- No smartphone? Call 970-879-3647.
- Each record must show the date it was given or when it expires.
If a record is out of date
Expired vaccines can't be accepted. The fix is usually quick: ask your vet's office to email a new certificate. Many can send one the same day. Once the team has it, they can move your request forward.
Intact dogs and puppies
Intact dogs are allowed. Under the state's PACFA rule, an unaltered dog over 18 months can't join group play with dogs from other households, and the team may not be able to take intact dogs at peak holiday and summer times. Females in heat may be refused. For puppies, at least four months old with boosters complete is recommended. Call and the team will go through it.
Toys and treats are welcome, and a dog bed from home is recommended. No ropes or rawhide. Medications go in their original labeled container, and there is no extra charge for them.

Red Rover's training arm starts with a free phone consultation. Tell us what you'd like help with, like walking on a leash, coming when called or settling down around other dogs, and the team will reply within 72 hours.

Fern is Red Rover's AI front desk. She answers the phone and the chat any hour, tells you what a stay costs, and sends your request to the team. She never says a stay is confirmed, because only the team can do that after checking your dog's vaccine records. She remembers your dog, and she tells you when she doesn't know something.
